Right after the complaint was filed against him, Rumsfeld announced that he won’t attend the Munich conference unless Germany cancels the legal action."
And it's not just Al Jazeera reporting this either. Deutsche Welle is also reporting the story. interestingly, I could not find any reference in the New York Times or any other American corporate media types. Hmmm... wonder if Full Of eXcrement News has it... Uh... apparently not.
This is one of those good news bad news things. The good news: Rumsfeld his being held accountable for his actions. The bad news: He's stuck here in the US.
